The Privileges and Procedures Committee

The Jersey Referendum 2013 campaign is the responsibility of the States of Jersey Privileges and Procedures Committee.

The Committee wants to make sure that you know about your right to vote and how to make your vote count in the forthcoming referendum.

The Electoral Commission

The Electoral Commission was set up in 2012 to examine the constitution of the States Assembly. Its final report was published on 11th January 2013
