The JEA has received Declarations of Expenses from all the Candidates in the 2022 Public Elections.
On the 29 July 2022, (in accordance with Article 7 of the Public Elections (Expenditure and Donations) (Jersey) Law 2014), the JEA emailed candidates from whom further information is required to support their Declaration on their stated email addresses posted on votejersey.wpengine.com. If you have not yet responded to that email, please note that the deadline for responding is close of business on Friday 26th August 2022.
Please note that failure to comply with the request for further information without reasonable cause is an offence under the 2014 Law.
