By-Election 2019

The main Electoral Register for the By-election will close 12 noon Monday 28 January 2019. This means that you’ll be able to vote on election day or earlier at the pre-poll station in the week leading up to the By-election.
The Supplementary Register for the By-election will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 20 February 2019. This means that you will not be able to pre-poll or postal vote, but you will be able to vote on election day. Your name will be added to the main electoral register after the election.
Election 2018
Voters had until noon on Monday 9 April 2018 to ensure that they were on the main Electoral Register and up to noon on Wednesday 9 May 2018 to be on the Supplementary Register. To pre-poll vote you must have been on the main Electoral Register.
Can I Vote?
If you are 16 or over and have lived in Jersey for 2 years, or the last 6 months plus a period totalling 5 years then you are able to vote.
