I live in St. Helier South. This is my home. Like many of you, I see an Island full of potential but also rising costs, housing pressures, and growing inequality.

I’m standing because I believe.

Together, we can build a better Jersey, where the cost of living is taken seriously and government is accountable to its people.

This is not about politics as usual. This is about putting Islanders first.

WHAT I STAND FOR

Homes People Can Afford

Help first time buyers and middle earners onto the property ladder

Support downsizing and better options for older Islanders

Keep rents fair and under control

A home should be a foundation for life and not a constant struggle.

A Balanced Population & Fair Opportunities

Protect local jobs whilst managing  population growth responsibly.

Support proper integration for new arrivals.

Growth must work for our community and not against it.

Smarter Transport & Parking

Introduce a town shuttle (Hopper Bus) to ease congestion.

Create fair overnight parking for residents.

Make walking and cycling safer and easier.

Less stress. Less congestion. A town that works.

A Stronger Economy & Better Pay

Move toward a real living wage.

Back local businesses and start-ups

Invest in future industries: green tech, tourism, creative sectors.

Better Services You Can Rely On

Invest in schools, skills, and vocational training.

Expand mental health and preventive healthcare.

Support older Islanders with care options.

Public services should work for everyone, at every stage of life.

 Protecting Our Island’s Future

Protect our coastlines and marine life.

Promote renewable energy and greener homes.

We don’t inherit Jersey, we borrow it from future generations.

 Real Local Power & Accountability

Give St. Helier a stronger local voice.

Open up government with transparency and public oversight.

Decisions should be made closer to the people they affect.

Fairness, Inclusion & Respect

Tackle discrimination wherever it exists.

Support vulnerable and under- represented communities.

Everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and respect.

LOCAL PRIORITIES FOR ST. HELIER

Extend Millennium Town Park and connect green spaces.

Improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.

Support local culture, events, and community life.

HONEST POLITICS. REAL ACCOUNTABILITY.

No hidden agendas, Clear financial plans.

Regular public updates on progress, Your voice included in decisions.

MY PROMISE TO YOU I Will:

Listen — hold regular surgeries and respond promptly to resident’s concerns.

BE transparent- publish updates on my work.

Act independently – put people before party politics .

This is just an outline of my policies which I cover in more detail in my manifesto.
