St Helier is my home. My daughter plays in our parks. I walk our neighbourhoods, use our shops and care deeply about every corner of our Parish.  I have more than 27 years of leadership experience in business and public life. I understand both the challenges and the opportunities ahead.

Seven years as your Deputy have given me the record, the relationships and the readiness to serve as your Connétable.

St Helier is the heart of Jersey. It must work for young families, first – time buyers, teenagers, older residents and the businesses that keep our town alive. I am ready to lead with energy, experience and a clear focus on delivery.

My vision is clear: a confident, connected capital with strong communities, where every neighbourhood thrives and residents help shape decisions.

My record is strong and practical.

As your Deputy I delivered:

  • £500,000 secured from the Government for neighbourhood improvements across St Helier.
  • Safer streets: traffic calming and road improvements at La Pouquelaye, St John’s Road and Patrick Freeley Lane.
  • Greener communities with the GROW Project and La Pouquelaye Gardens, created with volunteers on unused land.
  • As Minister for Children and Education the Mont à l’Abbé extension, hot school meals, free GP for children, neurodevelopment service and student grant uplifts.
  • Jersey’s Ageing-Friendly Infrastructure Framework with wider pavements, better crossings and accessible streets for all
  • Financial accountability: as PAC Chair and Head of Scrutiny, I challenged waste and protected every taxpayer pound.

When I make promises I deliver. As Constable, I will bring that same energy directly into Parish leadership.

My focus is clear.

A Parish that listens and leads. Safer, cleaner and better managed streets. Stronger community life. A town centre that is thriving and full of opportunities.

I will:

  • Improve how people take part in decisions through a Town Council and regular drop-ins, so every voice is heard and no one needs to feel left out.
  • Provide practical support with the cost of living, working closely with charities and community partners for those who need it most.
  • Protect and expand green spaces, improve play areas, create better spaces for young people and find fair, balanced parking.
  • Support local businesses, revive empty shops and strengthen the connection between Town and the Waterfront through culture, markets and community life.

St Helier is a diverse and dynamic Parish where every neighbourhood matters.

Jersey faces real challenges. I will push for practical solutions on housing, cost of living, health and education, reducing waste while protecting essential services.

Your Parish. Your voice. Your future.

My commitment to you is simple.

I will listen. I will deliver. I will be accountable.

St Helier’s future belongs to all of us. Together we will shape it.
