A Strong Independent Voice

Offering real choice — someone who will speak up clearly, act decisively, and genuinely care about their parish and their Island.

Having lived in the same house in St Helier all my life, and run a business in St Helier Central for over 40 years, I know this district — its history, its people and its challenges.

I care deeply about St Helier — its community, culture and history that define Jersey. We must protect what makes our Island special while taking practical action to address the challenges people face.

Jersey deserves a disciplined, focused government working in the best interests of Islanders. Public spending must be controlled. The current tax-and-spend approach is not sustainable. Islanders face rising costs and a lack of clear direction.

I have listened to residents and businesses – the message is clear: people are under pressure. They want practical action — not political agendas or more of the same.

If elected, I will be accessible and focused on delivering practical, common-sense solutions.

For St Helier Central

I will listen to parishioners and ensure their voices are properly represented. Stronger communication between Government and our communities is essential.

I will support improvements to parks, play areas, cycle routes and parking — making St Helier a better place to live as well as work. I will support better planning and design to create attractive, liveable neighbourhoods.

My Priorities

Cost of Living

Public money must be spent wisely to put more back into people’s pockets. This includes better oversight of energy pricing, exploring tax relief on essentials such as food and heating, and supporting flexible working and affordable childcare.

Business

With decades of business experience, I understand what is needed. We must create the right conditions for growth. Hospitality, tourism, agriculture and fisheries are vital, and our finance industry must remain competitive. Business should be supported, not hindered.

Education, Skills & Opportunity

Young people deserve the best start. I will support stronger links between education and business, including more apprenticeships across all sectors.

Housing

We need practical solutions, including innovative, lower-cost construction, a temporary freeze on social housing rents, and fair income support.

Health & Wellbeing

Preventative healthcare must be a priority. Early intervention improves lives and reduces pressure on services, particularly with an ageing population.

Government

We need a more effective and accountable government, with better coordination between government, parishes, businesses and the voluntary sector. I will remain accessible and hold regular parish surgeries.

Climate Policy

Our approach must be affordable and realistic, focusing on practical measures like improved transport and home insulation.

I care deeply about Jersey — our people, our heritage and our way of life
