On the day, Honorary Police will control the parking area and traffic management.
A dedicated disabled parking area and drop off point will be set up in front of the main entrance.
Main entrance is on a slope – tricky for wheelchair users and potentially slippery.
Double doors will be hooked open. Different exit (Sport Hall fire exit). This can be used as an alternative entrance if a more shallow slope is needed.
Honorary Police, staff/volunteers will be on hand to assist with access into the building if required.
The route to the hall is not straight, corridors are wide and internal doors will be held open.
Registration and voting will all be held within the Studio, exit of the building will be via the main sports hall.
Due to the challenge of the mirrors in the Studio, for the visually impaired, the Youth Centre will look to place artwork/posters on the mirrors.
Artificial light is dim.

Not applicable – polling station is on the ground floor.
There is no hearing loop available.
Assistance dogs are permitted inside the polling station.
If you need to use a screen reader or other assistive technology you’ve brought with you, please speak to a Parish Official (Autorisé or Adjoint).
You can bring someone with you to the polling station, but if you need help filling in your ballot paper, a Parish Official (Autorisé or Adjoint) will help you.
If you need to use a coloured overlay, a small LED lamp for extra lighting or a magnifier for your ballot paper, please speak to a Parish Official (Autorisé or Adjoint) and they will help you.
There is a disabled toilet situated along the corridor on the left hand side with directional signage.
