Jersey Post has circulated a flyer to all 45,000 households to make Islanders aware that they may have been delivered the incorrect Vote.je candidate manifesto booklet for the constituency that they live in.

Jersey Post has apologised for the error and is carrying out a full investigation to find out how this has occurred.

Islanders are encouraged to check their constituency, find the full list of candidates they can vote for and the polling station specific to their address on Vote.je. Alternatively, all Post Offices have someone on hand today and tomorrow (Election Day) to help Islanders identify their constituency and find all the information they need to vote.

Head of Digital and Public Engagement, Jenny O’Brien, said: “Whilst it’s very disappointing to find out that some Island households have received the wrong information, our priority now is ensuring that all Islanders are made aware of this issue and know how to find the information they need to vote in tomorrow’s election.”
