Jersey Electoral Authority (JEA)
The Jersey Electoral Authority acts as a politically neutral and independent arbiter of the electoral process. The remit also includes addressing the conduct of candidates and overseeing their election expenditure.
The JEA was established in 2022 in response to recommendations within the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Electoral Observer’s Mission Report, published after the 2018 election.
